What We Do

At Blossom, we are committed to ensuring equitable access to basic needs for children, from infants to teens, in disadvantaged communities facing crisis or financial hardship. We provide essential resources to support their well-being and, through our Life Skills to Blossom program, equip teenagers with vital skills such as self-care, financial literacy, and social etiquette. Our mission is to restore hope by offering both material resources and opportunities for personal growth, empowering children to thrive in every aspect of their lives.

About us

Our Story

Blossom was created to integrate our essential workers to advocate and help our children in emergency circumstances. This idea came to life through the story of the Founder and Executive Director, Shelita Smith. It has always been her passion to serve families and children who are all too often underserved or forgotten.
